RECORDS KNOWLEDGE is a multi-perspective understanding of both general and specific content within a records management and compliance context, while providing concurrent multi-perspective links to an organization’s general information. Records Knowledge enhances risk management, increases customer satisfaction, and provides improved accountability and security. Founded in 1999, the RECORDS KNOWLEDGE CONFERENCE is an annual Sacramento forum designed to consider all records issues within the context of the broader information technology capabilities and concerns.

This year's conference will focus on the continuing impediments to implementation, the imperatives driving the need for change, the requirements of a trusted system, and many other related issues (e.g., Cyber Security, eDiscovery, Records, & Credentials).
