The Greater Sacramento Capitol Chapter of ARMA presents our fourth session in our series: Building Your Dream Records Program. February will focus on "Building Your Records Management Policy/Schedule".
Presented by Wendy Klock-Johnson. February will focus on records retention best practices, development, lessons learned, and hot topics such as video, social media, email, and text messages.
Wendy Klock-Johnson has worked for the City of Sacramento for over 18 years. Serving in the Office of the City Clerk for over 7 years, she started as the City’s Records Manager and now serves as an Assistant City Clerk. Among her duties, Wendy oversees the City’s Records Management Program and the Records Unit that processes over 3000 public record requests annually. In addition Wendy is responsible for elections, filing compliance, and contract processing.
